Stephen Ellich - General Manager
Stephen has over 8 years experience holding general and senior management positions. His experience includes day-to-day operations, customer development and management, health, safety & environment, and strategic planning for organisations such as the Heyday Group, Abigroup Telecommunications, Alstom and United KG.
Stephen has a Masters of Business Administration, a Graduate Diploma of Administration and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from The University of Technology, Sydney.
Stephen has extensive experience in:
- Fibre optic & copper network design, build, and maintenance
- Network services including SDH works
- WAN, LAN and campus network design and deployment
- Facilities management services including security, electrical and fire, PABX, voice and data services
- Project reporting
Stephen also has significant project management experience ranging from electrical design to the delivery of technical services across the telecommunications, banking, Government, construction, defence and retail sectors.
David Taylor - Operations Manager
David has 26 years experience in the telecommunications industry. David was previously a Project Manager with one of Australia's premier telecommunications infrastructure builders and his experience includes:
- ADSS Fibre installation practices and relocation of all types of networks
- Project managed the Foxtel rollout both in Victoria and New South Wales
- Copper cable cut-overs of all types and sizes
- 'Turn Key' solutions to all telecommunications requirements
- Telstra accredited in fibre and copper
Geoff Beadle - Technical Manager
Geoff has 20 years experience in the installation and maintenance of radio communications equipment and systems, electronics equipment repair to component level of RF Analogue/Digital systems.
Ted Hackney - Project Manager
Ted has 29 years experience in the telecommunications industry at a technical, planning and management level. His experience includes route selection, installation and maintenance of small and large size copper joints, preparation, splicing and testing of fibre optic and broadband coax within the customer access, trunk and junction network for the Victoria and Tasmania regions.
Jeffrey Isbister - Project Manager
Jeffrey has 32 years experience in installation, maintenance, splicing, fault locating and transmission measurements of optical fibre, small and large size copper, RF Broadband coax for Telstra and Optus Australia-wide and overseas.
